Cars & Vans
Bring me a healthy car or van and tell me what feels flat. I will check the exact engine and ECU, keep the original read safe and build the calibration around the way you actually drive.
Tell me what you want to transform
Explore Stage 1, Stage 2, diagnostics and ECU tuning for cars, trucks, tractors, plant machinery, motorcycles and quads in Donegal.
What I can do for you
Send me the vehicle or machine details before we talk about a stage label. I want the make, model, engine, ECU where known, fitted parts, current faults, location and the work the machine actually does. That gives me enough to recommend a route that fits the hardware instead of forcing every job into the same box.
Stage 1 is for a healthy machine on standard performance hardware. Stage 2 is for a suitable setup with supporting upgrades already fitted. If a fault, warning light or mechanical problem needs attention first, I will tell you. Tuning should finish a sound machine, not hide a problem.
You can come to Manorcunningham or arrange a mobile visit within 200 km. I use the same controlled process in the workshop, at a yard, on a farm or on a construction site: confirm the job, retain the original ECU read, prepare the calibration, verify the write and make sure you know exactly what was done.
Come to my Manorcunningham workshop or ask me to travel. Send the exact vehicle or machine, location, faults, modifications and the result you want before booking.
I also handle
For road vehicles, emissions systems are diagnosed and repaired — not unlawfully removed or disabled. Any track or off-road-only calibration is supplied only where lawful, suitable and clearly declared.
What I handle
Bring me a healthy car or van and tell me what feels flat. I will check the exact engine and ECU, keep the original read safe and build the calibration around the way you actually drive.
Tell me the truck, engine, ECU, operating weight and the work it does. I focus on the useful part of the torque curve, smooth delivery and a calibration that suits real commercial use.
I tune supported agricultural and construction machinery for the load, terrain and job in front of it. Tell me where the machine struggles and I will assess the engine, hardware and calibration before I recommend anything.
Tell me the exact bike, fitted parts and how you ride. I will check support and shape the calibration around response you can feel, from low-speed control to the part of the rev range you enjoy most.
Whether the quad works every day or comes out for the weekend, tell me where it feels short of breath. I tune supported machines for stronger response and more confident usable power.
Some vehicles are easier to bring in. Others belong on the road, in a yard, on a farm or on a construction site. Send me the exact machine and location and I will confirm whether the workshop or a mobile appointment is the better route.
Platforms I work with
Send me the make, model, engine, ECU reference and read method. I will confirm compatibility and the technical route before I accept the job.

Yes. You can book at my Manorcunningham workshop. For larger machines or working fleets, I can also arrange a mobile visit when the site and access are suitable.
Yes. I tune supported tractors, harvesters, telehandlers and other agricultural machines. Tell me the exact model, engine, ECU and the work it does so I can assess the right route.
Yes, where the machine and ECU are supported. Excavators, loaders, dumpers and other plant can often be handled on site after the access and power requirements are agreed.
Yes. I assess supported trucks by engine, ECU, duty cycle, current faults and operating requirements. Mobile appointments can be arranged for suitable commercial jobs within 200 km.
Stage 1 is intended for a healthy machine using standard performance hardware. I revise the calibration for stronger usable response, torque and power while keeping the real operating context in mind.
Stage 2 is for a suitable machine with supporting performance hardware already fitted. Send the full parts list so I can confirm whether that route makes sense.
I provide lawful diagnostics and repair support for DPF, EGR, AdBlue, SCR and NOx systems on road vehicles. I do not unlawfully remove or disable emissions-control equipment.
Yes. I retain the original ECU read before writing a tuned calibration, keeping a controlled route back to the standard file if it is needed later.
